What you type into a form on this site: an email, a handle, which platform you post on, an audience-size range, what you run, a budget range, or a character you'd like to claim.
One thing is attached automatically when you submit a form, and it is fair that you know exactly what: which of our sites you were on, the page you landed on, the page that referred you, and any campaign tag in the link you clicked. That is it — it tells us whether a post or a message actually reached anyone. It is not a cookie, it is not an identifier, it does not follow you to other sites, and it is not kept if you never submit the form. No account is created and nothing else is collected in the background.
Where it goes
Into a database hosted by Supabase in the United States. Contact details are private and public visitors cannot read them. Staff-approved community contributions may be displayed without email addresses. The operator reviews private submissions in a restricted dashboard.
Why
To contact you about the thing you signed up for: a campaign, a placement, a partnership, or the server opening. We don't sell or share the list. We don't add you to anything you didn't ask for.
Optional saved tools
Car collections and shoot plans are stored in this browser only when you choose Save. Reset the plan or remove saved matches to clear them. Shared collection links contain selected car IDs only, not your email or freeform subject.
GTALARP Field Notes
The separate 18+ signup stores your email, chosen interest, self-attestation, consent version, source, status and the server time. We do not collect ID or date of birth. New records are pending confirmation. Email sending is not active yet; the website does not send a confirmation email. Sponsors never receive the subscriber list.
Submitting a community suggestion does not subscribe you to marketing. The separate newsletter checkbox requests GTALARP guides, product updates and relevant offers when sending launches. An unsubscribe option will be required before any marketing campaign is sent.
Delete it
Use the RUCKUS contact form and state that your request concerns GTALARP data. You can request deletion or withdraw your newsletter signup before sending is active. We may retain a minimal suppression record if needed to honor an unsubscribe.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising cookies and no ad pixels. This site counts visits with RUCKUS's own cookieless analytics: the page, the site that referred you, any campaign tag in the link, your country and device type, and clicks on buttons such as Discord or email. No cookie is set, no IP address is stored, and the only visitor marker is a hash that changes every day and is deleted after two days, so a visit cannot be linked to you later. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the visit is counted with no marker at all.

- Campaigns are created and funded by the buyer in their own account on the campaign platform. We never hold campaign funds.

Community contributions and sign-in
When on-site conversations are open, email sign-in identifies your account. Your email is not shown in public conversations. Your chosen display name, approved text, source link and contribution dates are public and may appear in search engines. Pending contributions are visible to you and moderators.
Reports and moderation reasons are private to the moderation team. We keep account identifiers, review records and short-lived hashed request counters to operate the community and limit abuse. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Use My contributions to withdraw a post. Withdrawal clears its text, title, display name and source from the stored post, while retaining a record of the withdrawal; withdrawing a thread also hides its replies. Copies already made by other people or search engines may remain. For account or remaining-record removal, email ruckus@ruckusclipping.com.
Sign-in uses secure session cookies. Supabase handles authentication and community storage; Vercel hosts the website and server requests. Do not post private contact details or sensitive personal information. We ask for an 18+ affirmation, not your date of birth or identity documents.
